1. Booking & Payment Policy

• Customers must provide accurate and complete details at the time of booking.

• Bookings may require full or partial payment to be confirmed.

• Payments are accepted via secure online methods, including UPI, bank transfer, or other approved payment gateways.

• Confirmation of your booking will be sent through email or WhatsApp upon successful payment.

• The fare shown at the time of booking is based on the information provided and is subject to change if the travel route, duration, or other conditions vary.

2. Pricing & Fare Fluctuations

• Cab prices are dynamic and may fluctuate at any time due to factors such as demand, fuel price changes, seasonal variations, or special events.

• The website owner reserves the right to change, update, or revise cab fares without prior notice.

• The final fare will be confirmed at the time of booking and will be binding unless changes to the trip occur.

• Additional charges may apply for:

  • Extra waiting time beyond the agreed limit.

  • Additional pickup or drop-off locations.

  • Night-time service surcharges (if applicable).

  • Toll, parking, or interstate taxes (if applicable).

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Customer Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled ride may be eligible for a partial refund (after deducting applicable administrative or processing charges).

  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled ride will not be eligible for a refund.

• No-Shows:

  • If the passenger fails to show up at the pickup point at the scheduled time, no refund will be issued.

• Cancellation by Us:

  • In rare cases where Om Taxi Service Varanasi must cancel due to unforeseen reasons (e.g., vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability), a full refund will be issued.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Passengers must be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time.

• Maintain polite and respectful behavior toward drivers and other staff.

• Treat the vehicle with care; any damage caused by passengers will result in repair charges.

• Prohibited inside vehicles: Alcohol consumption, smoking, carrying illegal substances, or engaging in unlawful activities.

• Ensure all personal belongings are collected at the end of the trip, as we are not responsible for lost items.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Om Taxi Service Varanasi is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• We are not liable for any indirect losses, missed flights, or appointments caused by delays.

• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.

• Travel insurance is not included; passengers are advised to arrange their own coverage if required.

6. Changes to Terms & Conditions

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

• Any changes will be posted on this page.

• Continued use of our website and services after such changes will imply acceptance of the updated terms.
